Price was fair. Sales staff very nice. I did not get to see the car before I paid for it because it was at their sister dealership. That seemed odd. Basically I don’t have much basis for comparison since this the first new car I’ve purchased. Usually I go by used through private owners.
Great service, friendly staff, and I have never been pushed to purchase anything. I was even given advice on a optional purchase and was told I could wait and didn't have to do it.
Supportive, fun, continues to assist in my efforts to learn the technology of operating my new vehicle, especially being electric. The process of purchasing said vehicle was a simple and pleasant experience unlike the old days. 18 years ago it took 7 hours. This time from the test drive on took 2 hours. Thank you!!!!!!

Overpaid for vehicle. by nearly $2,500.00. I expected better pricing since paying cash and this was my second purchase here. I have three more vehicles to purchase but will go elsewhere if a better deal is not arranged. I was in a hurry to secure a vehicle this time but will not be in the same position for the next three. Please do not pass on my comments. I know the true value of vehicles and will not be patient with my next purchases. Rick McDaniel

I wasn't told that there was only 1 key to the car until purchasing the car. It was a used car, but a 2023 with only 5K miles. Now I have to pay about $500 to get an extra key. I would NOT have bought the car if I knew it had only 1 key. My sales person, Jesse, was friendly enough but should have told me about the key situation. Having me sign post-it-notes indicating that I agreement with aspects of the deal was a bit strange. I would not buy another car at this dealership.

Because I went to the wrong Tonkin facility for service an employee John Luke offered to drive there and I followed him. He was on his lunch hour. Very impressed with him and the employees at the service department.
The whole process was going acceptably well until a line item of $3689.00 was added to the sale for something called "Vehicle Service Contract". It was not explained, I didn't want it, and I almost didn't catch it. There was a lot of pressure to "buy" this unneeded item and it unfortunately colored an otherwise positive transaction.
