Wonderful experience top to bottom!! I went to the Beaverton service store a year ago, and decided I needed a new service department. The Gladstone team sincerely wow’d me with their level or response time, communication, and prompt work. Communication is all I wanted, but they overdelivered 100%. I will use them again!

Mary was exceptionally understanding helpful and kind. Car problems can be very stressful and Mary did everything she could to make the situation easier on me.

Yesterday my husband and I drove down to Keifer Mazda in Eugene to check out a used Hyundai Santa Fe that we were keenly interested in, but when we got there the car on the lot was NOT the same car that was in the photos. They tried to keep our business but we felt quite scammed, and as we were leaving we found a listing online for a newer used Hyundai Santa Fe at Tonkin Gladstone. It was a better color, a better trim, had fewer miles, and was still a very fair price. I called to see if it was ACTUALLY the car and sales associate Iiel (pronounced "aisle") answered the phone and I explained what had just happened, and he said “You got catfished! Let me help you! We will make your day!” He went and found the car on the lot and then called me back to answer any questions I had, to help assure me that yes, this was the same car from their listing. We booked it north to Gladstone (nearly 2 hours from Eugene), and when we arrived, HOORAY, there was the correct Hyundai Santa Fe, as promised, sitting out front waiting for us to test drive. At that point we had about 90 minutes to both a) decide whether or not to get it and b) get the title papers signed so that one of us could leave in time to get back home in time pick up our kids after school. The team assured us that they could sell us a car in that tight time frame, and sure enough they did. Iiel and Austin (the manager) were amazing—friendly, helpful, straightforward, accommodating, patient—everything you would want from your team when purchasing a car. We walked in at 1:15 PM, by 2:30 PM my husband left to get our kids, and by 4 PM I had the keys to our Santa Fe. AMAZING. Iiel even helped me program the settings before I left so that I could use the nav system and bluetooth music on the way home. Five stars, would /gladly/ purchase a car from them again. Thanks guys!

Took my Venue in for its first service and oil change. They were very courteous and the appointment was at 10:00 AM. I got there at 9:30 and was back on the road before 10:30. Good deal!

Yesterday was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and I was nervous. I told Liel what my budget would allow. I let him know what I was willing to accept in terms of age and mileage on the vehicle. He inquired further and asked me why I was unhappy with my current vehicle and what I needed in terms of space. With some effort and patience on his part and from the Finance manager Austin as well, they were able to get me into a new vehicle that fit all of my needs for the price point I came in trying to achieve.
