My first maintenance check up. I am new to Portland. They got my car in as scheduled, I waited to see what they suggested for maintenance after oil change. I chose a couple of their suggestions. They drove me back to my home, and picked me up when done. A great service that I really appreciated due to being new here and no one to call upon. When I found some words on my dash, which had not been there before, I called for I did not understand (before this 2022 Tucson I had a 2008 Tucson- lots of changes). My car needed one more day to do a few small preparations to go home, so without missing a beat they provided me a loaner car that’s even nicer than the one I bought! I did not have to ask or worry or wonder, they had the keys ready for me as soon as they told me. Jacob even pulled the loaner up to my truck (parked around back), so I could move what was left easily. Overall 15/10 experience so far. I pick up my new car tomorrow and based off of the service so far, I’m sure it’ll be another easy and happy day.

Scheduling was easy and only a few days out. Drop off and pick up went quickly and great communication through text to save time at pickup.

Thien was very friendly and attentive.

Mason was great! The car buying experience can be tricky, and we went through a few different salespeople at other dealerships before we met Mason. He was very patient with us, listened to what our needs were and what we were looking for. He even took the time to find another vehicle at a sister dealership for us to test drive. I don’t anticipate needing to buy another vehicle again soon because he did such a good job finding the right car for us, but when we do it will be with Mason.

Alan was awesome and helped us find the right Ioniq5! He accommodated our changing schedules and changing our minds about color at the last minute. From the very beginning, I sent them all the information on my trade.In my insurance, and my financial company that was going to go ahead and produce the loan. At the end of the day, they asked again more questions from first community bank. That I deal with and said they didn't have the information.When I know full well that we had sent them.The information. My car had a small dent in the back which I took a picture of and showed it to them. And then when I got the car here to my house, their car had a couple of different areas where the paneling had come loose from the door frame and the front. When I questioned them about it, they said they did everything they could for me, and they weren't going to do anymore. Then, I should be happy at the way that they treated me through the whole process because they went out of their way. One thing I know about car dealers is that they have to sell cars.I do not have to buy them. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Tooks less time than I expected.

Took my Ford in for service since I bought it there. It only took a couple of hours and it was all done and I was back on the road again. Fast service and they had all the info on my SUV. I even got a free oil change that they had forgot to give to me when I bought the vehicle.

Only semi negative was my one hour brake recall 2025 Tucso Limited turned into two hours. But one was an estimate before the car surgeons open her up. Everyone I spoke to made sure I was taken care of. I was really nervous about going to a dealership without my family who know what they’re doing. I had been to several other dealerships who were all scummy. Alan was real and made the experience actually a lot of fun. I jokingly told him if he threw in his nice pen I’d take the car and he did so he gave us Pokémon cards when paperwork took a while he brought out colorings books for me and my friends (we are in our 20’s and had a blast). Everyone was great 10/10 buy a car from them! If you work with Alan bring him a hat for his collection! Lol

What a wonderful experience with Mustafa and Mason. The whole deal went smoothly, there was lots of time spent explaining the ins and outs of my new Tucson. Would highly recommend this dealership !!
