I would like to tell you what a great experience I at Gladstone Hyundai service thanks to Preston and the rest of the team. Preston was right on top of the service, and my greater problem was that a wire harness had to be replaced. He worked with the insurance company and got all the information they needed. They gave him an okay, and the mechanic got the job done in a couple of days. Kudo to that mechanic. So I personally want to thank you, Preston, and the team for making feel comfortable and confident.

Logan was great from our first visit to look at the Santa Fe through to delivery. Logan was far more knowledgeable than others we’d spoken to at other dealerships, and did not try to sell us on what was on the lot. Mary is great to work with, but I’m afraid that this dealership has priced themselves out of business for me. There used to be discounts and coupons available but haven’t seen anything like that in a long time. Will probably start using a new service provider or just do it myself.

I was very pleased with the service Preston provided on my Hyundai Sonata this week. I had three areas of concern and Preston took the time to really listen. He was insightful, honest, and forthright. When I dropped my car off at 9:30 he told me the vehicle should be ready by 3:00 and it was. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a service representative anywhere and at the age of 65 I’ve worked with many!

Wonderful experience top to bottom!! I went to the Beaverton service store a year ago, and decided I needed a new service department. The Gladstone team sincerely wow’d me with their level or response time, communication, and prompt work. Communication is all I wanted, but they overdelivered 100%. I will use them again!
