Thien and team exceeded my expectations! I live in Vancouver, WA and have a local Hyundai dealership within 1.5 miles of my home who said "drop it off and we'll squeeze you in." I had a check engine light that needed a diagnostic test. My vehicle sat 5 days. I received a text on June 8th saying "You can come get your vehicle. We can't diagnose it until June 24th." That's insane!! I got online and found a same day appointment at Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai and had my vehicle there that afternoon. I went to the wrong entrance as I had never been to this dealership before. I wasn't greeted by a salesman that just says "Oh, it's just around that corner." I was met with a smile, offered water, coffee and a snack and escorted back to service. The morning of June 10th I got a call from Thien with an update and he asked if they could keep it overnight for a tech drive to make sure the check engine light didn't pop back on. Not only did they serve me timely, they provided a ride to and from my home (30 miles away). Thanks Carl for the friendly conversation along the way! This dealership might not be convenient for me based on my location but...their customer service earned my repeat business! Thanks Team!

My wife and I had a great experience at Tonkin Hyundai Gladstone. Alan Hassen and Ian Girtman took very good care of us. We actually spent 2 days there test driving multiple cars. No hard sell, more like helping us buy a car that fit our particular needs. They were patient, answered all our questions and went out of their way, above and beyond to try and get us what we needed. They treated us like part of the family.

Ian was great at showing me all the options for the car and payment and was a pleasure to work with. He came with to get the cashier's check to make sure it had the right information on it and shutted me from the rental car drop-off to kill two birds with one stone. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. My only gripe would be that they don't take deposits to hold a car so you have to show up asap if you want a high throughput car.

Throw away your ideas about car salesman. I had the best experience ever buying a new car. It was my first EV and ll my questions were answered and there was absolutely no pressure.

We recently had our vehicle in for service and had to return to pick up the car without the problem being cured. A few weeks later I returned the car to the service department for the same issue. This time Mary was my service writer and she was able to get Hyundai to warranty the transmission!!!
