Lawrence (Kirk) was AMAZING!! He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and overall wonderful to work with. We spent over a month searching for a vehicle and actually went back twice specifically to see Kirk before finally deciding to buy our Hyundai from him. Kirk doesn't have those "icky salesperson vibes" at all—he is incredibly genuine and down-to-earth. While there was absolutely zero pressure from him to buy, he thoughtfully checked in with us every so often to see how our search was going. He even remembered small details we had shared in conversation; it never felt like a sales tactic, just real, authentic connection. We highly recommend Kirk and will absolutely refer him to all of our friends and family for their future car purchases!

Ron Tonkin Gladstone has taken care of not only my car but my needs since day 1 of my purchase. I have a 2018 Hyundai Tuscon that runs like the day I drove it off the lot. It was 2 years old, then and 8 years old now. They regularly are the ones I take it to for all of its care, including oil changes. The have done the breaks, AC repair, shift module, seat Motor, all recalls, spark plugs And probably more that I’ve forgotten. Both John and Thien take great care of me, having a loaner car or and getting my car done quickly. If they don’t have a loaner, they get me done quickly to set me on my always busy way. Much thanks to my Hyundai repair team.

Travis and "Mitch" were great at getting me through the process of buying my new car quickly! Easiest dealership experience ever!

Staff is great! Mechanics are wonderful!. Work is completed in a timely manner. Very happy with everything, I do not feel I am being taken advantage of.

Everyone I spoke to made sure I was taken care of. I was really nervous about going to a dealership without my family who know what they’re doing. I had been to several other dealerships who were all scummy. Alan was real and made the experience actually a lot of fun. I jokingly told him if he threw in his nice pen I’d take the car and he did so he gave us Pokémon cards when paperwork took a while he brought out colorings books for me and my friends (we are in our 20’s and had a blast). Everyone was great 10/10 buy a car from them! If you work with Alan bring him a hat for his collection! Lol
