First I was impressed by Thien attitude - smiling, gracious, right to business and in formative. Called and let me know what they found. Sent me a text with prices and what was needed. Cleaned the engine (had to do it twice) delighted how clear the oil is on my dip stick! As though it is a whole new engine. Sometimes I feel that customer service is lacking at business BUT Thien attitude was exceptional and I will be coming back. Thank you Thien.

Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai is a bit of a drive for my family, but it’s worth it every time! Customer service is always exceptional, the two who work at the Service department desk are always so kind and remember us from past visits. They’re always quick to get us scheduled in and get the job done quicker than any dealership I’ve encountered.

Ron Tonkin Gladstone and Thien handled my oil change and updates needed for my Palisade wonderfully. They were busy, but took immediate care of me and had a nice area to wait in while things were being taken care of.

Always friendly and up to the task, I feel very taken care of at this location. Special shout outs to Thien and Preston - great communication, follow through and always with a smile.

Thien is one of the more competent and effective communicators I’ve dealt with at a dealership service shop. Expectations are usually pretty low when going to a dealership for maintenance but this location is one of the better ones I’ve been to. It won’t be perfect but they’ll do their best.

Phenomenal experience. Alan the sales report, the sales manager, I think named Nabil, and the Finance manager, a gal whos name i forgot, were all great. I hope to buy 100 more cars from these folks.

I had an exceptional experience at Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai, all thanks to Ariel in the service department. Recently, my car developed an issue with the EGR system. Because my 5-year warranty had just expired two months prior, I was incredibly stressed about facing a massive repair bill—especially since the car has very low mileage and has always been meticulously serviced at Hyundai. Ariel was incredibly helpful with the process of applying for a Hyundai corporate Goodwill repair. Thanks to her outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and thorough communication, the goodwill service was approved, resulting in a major discount on a very expensive fix. Throughout the entire process, Ariel constantly kept me updated, and was always honest, direct, and completely professional. Employees with her level of dedication are rare. I am incredibly grateful for her assistance and highly commend her excellent work!

They used to be great! Unfortunately, the newest service clerk, Ariel, was very sales oriented and she kept trying to upsell me. I had never had that experience here before, so it was sad that they aren't as friendly and honest as they used to be. For reference, my car is 3 years old and only has 15,000 miles. I had bought the upgraded maintenance package when I bought the car. She was trying to sell me about $1,300 of additional "maintenance" services that were not included in the maintenance package I paid for and kept trying to oush me even after I said no and declined the services. My husband is a mechanic and verified that none of the things she was trying to sell me were actually needed.

The Team at Hyundai took great care of me today. They set me up with a loaner so I can go back home and work as they worked on my car. My only issue is that I should have bought the car from this dealership instead of the one I went to. The Gladstone location has great customer service.

Great service center! Excellent communication, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and my car was taken care of quickly.
