Very straight forward and helpful!

Alan was awesome and helped us find the right Ioniq5! He accommodated our changing schedules and changing our minds about color at the last minute. He was respectful and accepted our declining extras without pushback. He also went above and beyond getting the extras that we *did* ask for. Normally we’d have needed to order accessories and wait for delivery, but he was able to get them for us same-day.

They made the whole process super easy!! Everyone was very friendly and genuinely cared that every aspect was taken care of. Thank you

I have purchased amount of cars over the years and I can't remember having such a bad experience as the one I had at tunken. From the very beginning, I sent them all the information on my trade.In my insurance, and my financial company that was going to go ahead and produce the loan. They call me several times asking me the same questions. Over and over said they were going to get the car ready.And send it down, and then there was a two or three day delay. At the end of the day, they asked again more questions from first community bank. That I deal with and said they didn't have the information.When I know full well that we had sent them.The information. My car had a small dent in the back which I took a picture of and showed it to them. And then when I got the car here to my house, their car had a couple of different areas where the paneling had come loose from the door frame and the front. When I questioned them about it, they said they did everything they could for me, and they weren't going to do anymore. Then, I should be happy at the way that they treated me through the whole process because they went out of their way. One thing I know about car dealers is that they have to sell cars.I do not have to buy them. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Travis was so personable and easy to work with! From the moment we walked in the door, he was easy going and just a very real person to work with. My husband and I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy from Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience we've ever had, thanks to Logan Lapine. From the moment we met him, Logan was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He has an incredible personality, kept a smile on his face the entire time, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. His knowledge of the Santa Fe was exceptional. Every question we asked was answered confidently and thoroughly. He didn't rush through explanations or simply point out features—he took the time to demonstrate how everything worked and made sure we understood it before moving on. It was obvious he truly knows the vehicle inside and out. What impressed us most was his patience and commitment to making sure we were completely comfortable before leaving the dealership. He set up both of our phones, walked us through the technology, answered every question we could think of, and never once made us feel like we were taking too much of his time.
